Issue with the skin textures in luxrender, gray tones

Hi, my name is Jesus I have poser 11 is not the pro version, I install Reality 3 and Luxrender, but at the time of render, the textures of the victory model 4 the program can not open them. This generates a gray skin tone, and only renders the swimsuit.

I have Poser runtime on an external disk to save space, I have clothes, hair, models, etc. I do not have a problem
when I render in poser.

Reality version 3.1.0
Windows 10 64 bits
Poser Scene: Victoria 4, Skin textures: Elita Mats Default, Swimwear, Maria Hair, Meshlight1 only.

I bought the update of Reality but I have not installed it, I want to solve this problem first before installing the update.

Well your first image shows where lux is looking for the textures, are they in fact where it is looking?
c:users/public/documents/poser 11 content/runtime/textures... etc.
