upgrade problem!! help

hi I just paid for then downloaded reality 4 upgrade explorer warns me that the person im downloading from is unverified then when I go to my downloaded file it isn't in a zip format instead its in some file format my computer doesn't recoqnise so how the hell do I upgrade my reality 3 to 4 with this file please somebody help as im getting pissed

I replied via email. It's important to stop using Internet Explorer, as that browser is causing a lot of issues. When using Firefox or Chrome things work as expected.
