Your bump settings do not match. The positives, one is .0005, the other is .0010, so twice the value.

I assume you have checked in the Luxrender log that all bump maps are actually read and applied correctly (no missing files)?

But it is two different bump maps (face and torso), so there can be differences. Luxrender/Luxcore is a lot more demanding with the quality of bump maps than for example 3Delight. You probably need to lower strength on one of them to match the other. In this case more likely the SkinFace. Also consider changing the materials to Skin instead of Glossy. It will look more natural.

How does it look if you render in 3Delight?
I had a similar problem with some skin in the past and I contacted the vendor. She send me an updated version with "fixed" bump maps.
You can open the two bump maps and compare the two if they have the same brightness/contrast

You might just call it a loss and use bump maps from another figure or better yet create some normal maps for the figure.
