Vincent Rodriguez Thank you so much for all you did with this software. I loved working with it and made some great art with it!
this would be funny if it weren't happening to me

Thank you, Marcel. It is a lot easier to pose humans than 3D figures

Thank you for your work, Paolo. I fell in love with Reality/Lux the moment I stumbled upon a render on a DS forum several years ago. You made my transition to PBR rendering easy, intuitive and fun. Still using Reality daily and I hope to see it being developed further now that you generously released it as open source.

You're very welcome, SleepyE. It's a pleasure to know that Really helped you and that you use it often. Thank you for letting me know.

All the best in your new venture Paolo & hope it brings you good fortune
. If your commitment & professionalism to this venture is even half of what it was for Reality then your customers will be delighted with the results you provide & your service.
I get out the commercial development game quite a while back, some for the same reasons you mentioned on your blog post, especially Apple & their constantly moving goal posts.
Thank you for introducing me to the world of Reality & Luxrender, prior to discovering them Daz & Poser were merely space taking up my HD blocks & seldom visited, other than setting up characters & exporting them to my modeller/renderer of choice (Cinema 4D). Also thanks for including my HDR's in Reality as that was the 1st time ever anyone requested to use something I created in a product (commercial or otherwise).
Regards
Lee

Hi Lee.
Thank you very much for your kind words. It’s been such a fantastic ride with Reality and that is thanks to people like you, who told me their stories, their struggles with Poser or DS, which were my same struggles, and who found relief in a working with a rendering system that is closest to what real life is. That’s exactly why I called it “Reality.”
I’m moved by all the great feedback that I have received in this thread. Thank you, y’all
