Thanks for the info.. I have converted the Reality Mesh lights to work in Iray... they do well. Also have used some of yours. Iray is picky about what shapes will take an IES profile but most of them work.

Niels..

Have you looked at the difference between mesh lights for Reality/Lux and Iray? I've been looking at them and it seems like the emmisive profile is the big difference. It would be very cool to use your lights modified for Iray... is that possible?

What Image Files Types Can Reality 4.3.1 Use

I can't find any docs on the types of image files Reality can use. I know it uses Jpg and Png formats but does it use Tif, Tga, Bmp, or PSD?

I would like to see a Translucency channel. I currently use the Top Coat channel to inject Translucency but it seems to me it should be in the Diffuse area somewhere. It would make it really easy to add blood vessels and other subcutaneous effects to the diffuse texture.
