That error is do to the product using nested instances which reality has a problem with exporting, The only way round this is to use Instances to Objects, but be careful as this can increase you scene size by a large amount (depending how many Instances that needs to be converted) https://www.daz3d....

Just a thought, but have you tried disabling Little Snitch as that seems to be working like a firewall & that could be blocking its outgoing connection

Nice tip, I tried it on a prop where I should have smooth flowing edges but was getting jagged edges and can confirm that it works like a dream.

Right Click on the RealityInstaller.app and select Show Package Contents, Then Navigate to Contents/MacOS and Right Click on the RealityInstaller and select Open so that the installer runs from the terminal

Have you tried running 1st Aid from the Disk Utility, Also try updating your copy of MacOS to 10.13.1

Been using Reality 4.3.1 with DAZ 4.10 on Mac OS High Sierra for the past week without encountering any problems so far.
