How to make Skin Look Softer

I'm been using the default Skin material and while it works great for most textures, some still come out a little flat. How can I adjust the SSS settings to make skin look more translucent/life-like?

Fire and Smoke Effects

Is this possible to do in Reality? I've tried using smoke props from Daz but not sure what material settings I should use for a realistic effect.

Right Gamma Value for IBLs

Can someone clarify what the 'Intensity' and Gamma settings are for? Is Intensity the same as Gain? How does a low gamma value affect the scene vs a high gamma value?

This is a new feature in Lux 1.6 so I was wondering if there is a way to do this in Reality?

Re: [Advice Needed] Good Setting for Teeth

I think I've gotten them to the right amount of specularity. However, they still look too "solid" if that makes any sense. Real Teeth look softer, not sure how to get that effect in Reality.

[Advice Needed] Good Setting for Teeth

Does any one have realistic shader for human teeth? I have tried a variety of specular colors and glossy values, but the teeth always look too plastic or metallic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Re: open cl bump maps

You're certainly not the only one. I use OpenCL mostly for test rendering and noticed the result is always smoother than pure CPU.
