Paolo,

Thanks for letting us have such a great piece of software. You dedicated many years to this and now, generously letting it go to open source. Maybe someone out there will get the calling and continue your legacy.

It was a pleasure to know you and I will always have a soft spot for Reality.

Have a great life and enjoy your new adventures,

Lyne

Dear mr. Ciccone,

Thank you.
Thanks for your plugin. I did grow into PBR rendering. It allowed me to evolve to someone that asked questions into giving aid.
I went into developing PBR textures especially made for reality to going further into other render engines (like Corona renderer and Octane renderer. This triggered a invitation to join the Virtual and Augmented reality department at my work. I always loved Reality but the innovative Luxrender is caught up by other render engines. once again, indirect you helped me to get a job i love. So thank you.

Ps. you still own me a bike ( ) and a gelato al limone
this would be funny if it weren't happening to me

Marcel, what a nice message you just posted. That gives meaning to what I do. I'm so glad that Reality helped you in your professional field. You did help a lot of community and contributed generously with additional textures and materials.

And if you happen to stop by Charleston SC I'll be happy to buy a gelato al limone :)

Thank you.

This is done by me and is done with Daz studio with Reality as post production animation for my employer.
Some textures are missing in this render as i was still busy with it.
Thanks for your patients with sometime obvious answers to sometimes stupid questions.
