Reality 4.3.0 dowload issue

Hello,
I don’t know if this has been covered elsewhere, or not, but I’m having trouble downloading the Reality 4.3.0 update. I get a “Page Not Found” error, and once it read my serial number and said I needed to post to the forums, so I hope that I’m in the right place!

From the About menu this is my current version; Reality plugin® version 4.2.1.16017

I downloaded the update for Reality 4.3, but the file is loading as Reality 4.2 - any solution?

You are installing the wrong version, meaning that you have multiple downloads, or the installer was not able to delete the old version. Also, it's possible that you have multiple installations of Poser and you install in one instance but then execute another version of Poser with the older Reality. The version that you download from the website is 4.3, no doubts about it.
