Error with Reality 4 and Poser 12

Purchased and completed install of Reality 4. When attempting to launch Poser 12 I get the following error message

An errror occurred importing addon Reality :
ERROR: bad magic number in 'Reality': b'\x03\xf3\r\n'


Please help!

That sounds like a possible file corruption. I would uninstall Reality and re-install it.

I’ve installed, uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. I’ll try it again. I also have Reality for Daz on the same PC. Not sure if that could be causing issues.
