Upgrade & serial issue

Upgrade & serial issue

Hi

I bought reality v3 a while back. Just getting back into it and cannot find serial in my documents. Tried to request the serial via the email I used when purchasing, but nothing has come through. I'd like to upgrade to v4. It I cannot progress.

Any ideas how we can move forward?

Have you tried using the license retrieval page on the website: http://preta3d.com/retrieve-reality-license/ ?

Yes sent again and it says it's found my license info and sent an email. But nothing comes through. The email I used at purchase was ian@draw-it.co.uk and I still can see emails sent to this address.

Hi

So I've upgraded poser edition and installed, but the registration is refusing to accept the registration from the email you sent.

ERO9: The serial number is incorrect.

The serial works. Please try again, making sure that you copy and paste all only the characters of the serial number.
