Sorry for the inconvenience. This error is caused by entering a name that is not the same of what as used for registering the program originally. You can request a copy of your license from our website, in the Support menu. If you can't figure out the error then please send me an email with your full name, order number and serial number. Please do not post your license information in these forums, that will make your license invalid.
