ER09: The serial number is incorrect

Hi, I've purchased via DAZ3D shop Reality 4.3 and find the serial number under my DAZ account but at the time of the registration I receive this message:
ER09:The serial number is incorrect
I've try the automatic registration and the manual registration method but the message is still the same.

No previous version of Reality were installed
My version of DAZ Studio is 4.11.0.383 Pro Edition 64bit
Macbook pro 2012, Mojave 10.14 64bit ios, 16GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB

Need help please!!!!!

Did you use copy & paste or did you type the serial number in?

Copy & Paste sometimes adds a space at the end, try typing in the serial number

No spaces added, I've check all the time... but to be sure I've typed in the serial and it leaded to no changes.

"ER09: the serial number is incorrect"

Cap. letters and syntax are correct in the name and email... but I'm still unable to register my purchase....

OK, the next think to check is to make sure its not being blocked by a firewall, If you still don't get any joy then it maybe time for Paolo to step in and see if he can help

I’ve disabled the antivirus and firewall as described in the installation’s instruction but no changes...
I’m waiting for Paolo’s reply....
